This for is for customers who choose to mail in their order along with a personal check or money order. There will be a $25.00 charge for returned checks.
Steps to follow for placing an order: (1) Fill out the form below with the products you would like to purchase and your billing information. Please call us, (570) 748-2327, for shipping and handling costs. (2) Print out the information on the page. Add your shipping and handling costs and insert total on printed form. (3) Mail your check or money order along with the printed order form. Please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping.

There is a 4 stick minimun for purchases.
